This property is not available for tenants with felonies, a bankruptcy, a judgement, a housing voucher, any pets or any unmet property requirements, or an income less than 2.5x the rent amount. Credit scores below 450 will not be considered. Tenants will have garage and driveway space for parking, any cars parked on the street will be asked to move after 72 hours.

Tenant Responsibilities:
The tenant is responsible for all utilities including, but not limited to, gas, electric, water, and sewer. The tenant is expected to maintain the yard by mowing the front and back yard and caring for the plants that surround the home.
